Merchant Portal¶
This document serves as a guide for using the web interface of the business.qiwi.com Merchant Portal (hereinafter referred to as the MP).
Getting Started¶

A QIWI manager will contact you.
A support manager will discuss possible connection options with you, collect the necessary documents, and initiate the integration process.

You will receive a unique identifier for your trading platform,
siteId
, and access to the Merchant Portal.
Access to the Merchant Portal¶
This section provides information on how to log in and recover access to the MP if you forget your password or it is not accepted by the service.
Registration¶
After registering your account in the MP, you will receive an email to complete the registration process.
Note
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check the spam folder.
To complete the registration process:
- Click the link in the email.
- Create and set a password on the web form.
- Click the Login button.
Once you’ve successfully confirmed your email, the MP home page will open.
If you did not receive an email, contact your support manager.
After registration, the system will prompt you to enter your mobile number, which will be used for future access to the MP.
Log in¶
To log in to the MP:
- Go to business.qiwi.com.
- Enter the email and password you used during registration.
- Click the Login button.
- Enter the code received via SMS and confirm the login.
Access Recovery¶
Follow this guide if you:
- Forgot the password you set during registration;
- Have repeatedly received an error message indicating incorrect login details.
To recover access:

Click the Remind me element.

Enter the email provided to your manager during onboarding and used during registration.

Click the Continue button.

Follow the instructions in the email with a password reset link.

Interface Overview¶
This section provides a brief overview of the key interface elements.
Home Page¶
An example of the page is shown below.
«Services» Tab¶
The Services tab shows all the services connected to the merchant.
«Transactions» Tab¶
This tab shows the transaction reports for a specific merchant service. To access the Transactions tab:
- Open the Services tab on the MP home page.
- Click on the row with the service name.
«Settings» Tab¶
This tab shows the list of merchant sites with site properties and information which helps process transactions made on those sites. To access the Settings tab:
- Open the Services tab on the MP home page.
- Click on the row with the service name.
- Go to the Settings tab.
«Invoices» Tab¶
This tab shows a list of invoices for merchant service payments. To access the Invoices tab:
- Open the Services tab on the MP home page.
- Click on the row with the service name.
- Go to the Invoices tab.
«Users» Tab¶
This tab is available only to the Administrator role.
The Users tab shows a list of employees with access to the MP and their assigned roles.
«Support» Tab¶
This tab contains a form for contacting support service.
Invoice Management¶
Payment Link Creation¶
To create an invoice as a link to an order payment form:
- Open the Invoices tab.
- Click the ⊕New Invoice element.
- Select the merchant site where the customer placed an order from the dropdown list.
- Enter the order details (including the payment period, either 24 hours or one month).
- Click the Create button.
Copy the payment link by clicking Copy and send it to the customer.
Once the customer attempts to pay, the transaction will appear in the Transactions tab.
Payment QR Code Creation¶
To create an invoice as a QR code leading to the payment form:

Click on the row with the site name in the Settings tab.
Note
The selected site must have a valid token.

Click the QR code icon next to the Public Key field.

Print or download the QR code to display it to the customer.
Invoice Details View¶
To view details of a payment invoice, click on the row with the invoice entry in the Invoices tab. The invoice information will appear in a pop-up window.
The invoice may be in one of four statuses:
- Paid — the invoice has been paid by the customer.
- Payment pending — the invoice is still valid but has not yet been paid.
- Processing — there have been several unsuccessful payment attempts;
- Error — try creating a new invoice.
Payment Transactions Management¶
Payment Transactions Search¶
To search for payments, refunds, and other transactions, use the search bar, filters, or create a filter template.
Search Bar Usage¶
- Open the Transactions tab.
- Choose an attribute to search by from the dropdown list next to the search bar.
- Enter the value for the selected transaction attribute.
Note
All attributes except for the card number must be entered as an exact value. Card number can be entered as the first few digits, *
and the last 4 digits. Examples: 411111
, *1111
, 411111*1111
.
The MP will automatically load a list of found transactions after you enter the value.
Filters Usage¶
Filters allow you to select payments, refunds, and other transactions.
To set filters:
- Open the Transactions tab.
- Click the Filter element next to the search bar.
- Choose from the available filters (see table below).
Filter | Description |
---|---|
Date | The date or range of dates when the transaction was done. Preset filters such as “Today” or “Yesterday” are also available |
Amount from | The minimum transaction amount |
Amount to | The maximum transaction amount |
Type | Transaction type: payment, refund, etc. |
Status | Transaction status: • Successful — successful transaction; • New — transaction not finalized; • Declined — unsuccessful transaction |
Site | The merchant site where the transaction occurred |
The MP will load a list of found transactions after you click the Search button.
Filter Template Usage¶
A filter template allows for quick searches of payments, refunds, and other transactions.
To create a filter template:
- Click the Save filter button after searching with filters.
- Enter a template name.
- Click the Save button.
To search using a saved template, click its name in the filter search form, and the MP will automatically load a list of found transactions.
Transaction Details View¶
To view payment, refund, or other transaction details, click on the row with the transaction entry in the Transactions tab. The details will appear in a pop-up window. For more information, click on the dropdown next to the transaction ID.
Creation of a Transaction Display Template¶
The report view in the Transactions tab can be adjusted by selecting a specific transaction display template.
To create a template:
- Open the Transactions tab.
- Click the ☆Template element.

Click the Create New button in the displayed form.

Enter the template name.

Select columns to display in the transactions list.
Note
To customize the order of columns in the transaction list, drag and drop the fields.

Click Save button.
Applying a Transaction Display Template¶
The report view in the Transactions tab can be adjusted by selecting a previously created transaction display template.
To select a template:
- Open the Transactions tab.
- Click the ☆Template element.
- Select the specific template in the displayed form.
- Click Select button.
The transaction list view will change after applying the template.
Payment refund¶
To make a refund:
- Follow the steps in the «Transaction Details View» section.
- Click the Refund button.
- Specify the refund amount.
- Click the Submit Refund button.
Note
Refunds are only available for successful transactions — those with the ✅ status.
Token issuance¶
A token is a character string required for authorizing actions performed via the API.
To issue a token:
- Click on the row with the site name in the Settings tab.
- Enter a comment for the token.
- Click the Save button.
Copy the token value by clicking the Copy to clipboard link and save it in a secure location.
Public Key Retrieving¶
A public key is used to identify the partner when processing a payment request.
To retrieve the public key:
- Click on the row with the site name in the Settings tab.
- Find the Public Key row.
- Click the Copy to clipboard link.
Notification Management¶
To receive notifications about payments, refunds, and other transactions statuses, set the notification URL and issue a key.
Notification URL Settings¶
To set the URL:
- Click on the row with the site name in the Settings tab.
- Enter the URL in the URL for server notifications field.
- Click the Save button.
Initial or repeat issuance of a notification secret (key)¶
The «secret» is used to compute the digital signature of notifications. To issue the «secret»:
- Click on the row with the site name in the Settings tab.
- Find the row with the server notification key.

Click the Issue or Reissue element.

Confirm the key issuance.
User management¶
User connection¶
To grant an employee access to the MP:
- Open the Users tab.
- Click the Add user button.
- Enter the employee’s email and select their role.
- Click the Create button.
The employee will receive an access notification at the specified email address.
User Blocking and Activation¶
To block or restore a user’s access to the MP:
- Open the Users tab.
- Click the Block or Activate element next to the specific user.
